Before proceeding, first of all, take backup of your important data like Voice memo, contacts, etc.
- Erase all the Recordings after taking backup.
Step 1: Go to iTunes Store app > click on More on the lower right side Window.
Step 2: Now click on Downloads. Go to Voice Memos. If there are grayed memos or duplicate, you can try to restart your device after removing them.
Step 3: Hard reboot your iPhone by pressing the power button and the home button till you see Apple logo. Turn on your device and see there is any duplicate memos are there or not. If yes then delete them.
Cancel Automatic downloads on iPhone/iPad
Step 1: Go to your Settings > iTunes and App Stores.
Step 2: Change the automatic download settings > and all should be grayed out.
Go to iTunes > iPhone music > Select the “manually added music” > Delete all the music present on the list.
You can reactivate the Sync Music feature after Backup.
Reset Network Settings
Step 1: Open Settings App > go to general > Reset Network Settings.
Step 2: Click on ‘Trust This Computer’. Now click on Sync Settings.
Delete Non-Music Files
Step 1: Open the iTunes music > Delete any files that are not music or another extension file.
